Lisses - First Week of July, Trip to Lisses

Hello there,

My name is Cunhofsky and I'm a portuguese traceur . I've been training for almost 2 years now and finally decided that i want to go to lisses and train hard for about a week .
I'm still planning my trip ( checking flights, seeing who'll probably come along with me, booking the hotel, etc ... ) but the most probable date would be from the 30th June till the 7th July . I'll probably be staying at the Formule 1 hotel and might come alone .
This been said, the purpose of this post is to know if anyone ( locals probably ) could " tour " me around lisses, show me their training methods, exchange ideas and concepts of parkour, etc ...
I'm really into a calm and hard training week, with no " big stuff " and just calm, precision and conditioning stuff .
If anyone could help me i'd be very grateful and as soon as i have some more info. about the dates i'll edit this post .

Je m'appelle Cunhofsky et je suis un traceur portugais. Je m'entraine depuis 2 ans et j'ai finalement décidé d'aller à Lisses pour m'entrainer dur pendant une semaine.
J'en suis toujours aux préparatifs (regarder les vols, voir qui pourrait m'accompagner, réserver l'hôtel...) mais la date la plus probable serait du 30 juin au 7 juillet. Je serai sûrement au Formule1 et peut-être tout seul.
Le but de ce post est de savoir si quelqu'un (des habitants du coin) pourraient me faire faire le tour de Lisses, me montrer leurs méthodes d'entrainement, échanger des idées sur le concept du parkour...
Je viens pour une calme et dure semaine d'entrainement, rien d'énorme, des précisions, du conditionnement.
Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider je lui en serais très reconnaissant et dès que j'aurai plus d'info sur les dates j'éditerai le post.
