Bon j'me présente rapidement.. j'viens d'faire 18ans et j'adore les acrobaties et tout c'qui s'y ratache notament le Parkour meme si parfois je trouve la discipline un peu trop pousser.. on a pas forcement besoin de faire tout ce cirque pour passer un obstacle pour résumé quoi..

faut rester simple et pas s'prendre la tete !!

Hi, gestern waren Franz (Fox) und Ivo aus Berlin hier in Hamburg und haben sich entschieden ein wenig die Hamburger trainingsspots auszuprobieren. Ein bisschen was davon haben wir aufgezeichnet, aber das meißte ist eigentlich nur der übliche wahnsinn

ich trag ab der hälfte des videos an der rechten hand eine bandage weil ich mich böse geschnitten hab an einem baum und die bandage hält eine wundauflage damit ich weiter trainieren kann, die handschuhe von florine hat sie, weil sie als mädchen der meinung ist hornhaut würde ihr nicht stehen, vielleicht entscheidet sie sich ja nochmal für bimsstein, man weiß es nicht^^
